About the Role:

We're seeking a results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential Lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate tenancies
  • Maximize branch income and profitability

What We're Looking For:

Estate agency experience, ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment, exceptional customer care and service experience, resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail. A full UK driving license is also required.
