Basic: Up to £26,000

OTE: £35,000

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
  • Stay updated with local rental market trends
  • Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a lettings role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the local rental market

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in estate agency
  • Monday to Friday 8:45-5:30pm, alternative Saturdays 8:45am - 4:00pm
