About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Connells Group in Sutton Coldfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations, and conduct market appraisals/valuations to instruct properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximize the overall income and profitability of your branch.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure excellent customer service and results-driven performance.

Requirements:

  • Estate Agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Hold a Full UK driving license.
