Customer Service Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Administrator to join our busy operations team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be personable, friendly, and possess excellent telephone manner. Our client is open to considering candidates for 2 or 3 days per week, with flexible hours (8.45 - 5.15) and the possibility of shorter hours.
The salary for this role is £23k - £25k pro rata, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues or escalating to relevant departments
- Process customer orders, quotes, and queries
- Provide tracking information and lead times for deliveries, arranging collections and export deliveries as needed
- Update and maintain customer and supplier contact information on our bespoke ERP system
- Prioritize and respond to unexpected events and interruptions
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accurate data input skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently
- Ability to meet deadlines and service level agreements
- Problem-solving skills and ability to offer suggestions for improvement
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively
