Customer Service Representative

CPI SELECTION is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team in High Wycombe. As the primary point of contact for valued customers, you will ensure their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding service by processing customer orders, quotes, and returns with a focus on accuracy and excellence.
- Order Management: Research and expedite customer orders, monitor delivery dates, and ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, address any concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Sales Support: Identify and present cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to customers.
- Catalog and Sample Requests: Manage requests for catalogs, information, and samples effectively.
- Team Support: Assist local Customer Service teams and provide support to other teams as needed.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a distribution or electronic components industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
Salary: £25K - £30K
Office based role: 37.5 hrs a week, Monday- Friday
