About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at TLG Management. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and customers at various events and venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective security measures to prevent and respond to potential threats.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless event execution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and secure experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
  • Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Desirable Skills

  • SIA security license or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
