We are seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products to our clients.

You will oversee each application through to completion, liaising with administrators and other departments as needed. Your role will involve gathering sufficient information to identify client needs, building rapport with clients, and ensuring all relevant documents are completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  4. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
  5. Ensure all relevant documents are completed in a timely manner.

We offer a competitive base salary and commission structure, as well as quarterly and yearly awards, including trips abroad. You will also have access to a salary sacrifice pension scheme and a generous holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per year.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be CeMap qualified (level 1, 2 or 3) and have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients.

You will also need to have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations, as well as a professional and flexible attitude.

The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check.
