Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our customers throughout the mortgage process.
Main Responsibilities
- Building relationships with our estate agency teams to provide training and support.
- Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
- Providing advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
- Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
