About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Mortgage and Protection Specialist, you will provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products to clients.
  2. Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments.
  3. Gather sufficient information to identify client's needs.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads.
  5. Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Be CeMap qualified (level 1, 2 or 3).
  2. Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients.
  3. Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations.
  4. Possess a professional and flexible attitude.
  5. The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check.
