About the Role:
Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled Account Handler to join our growing Commercial Team based out of our Southampton office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account servicing support and ensuring effective servicing of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide account servicing support and ensure effective servicing of client accounts.
- Work with experienced Account Executives & Directors to provide outstanding service to our wide range of clients within the commercial space.
- Take ownership of and look after a portfolio of cross-class commercial clients.
- Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately and entered on to the system in a timely fashion to ensure data integrity.
- Deal with account queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns.
- Apply fundamental legal and regulatory policy in relation to internal policies and the insurance contract as required.
Requirements:
- Commercial insurance knowledge is essential.
- Evidence of rapport-building and experience in providing solid customer service focus with outstanding communication and social skills.
