About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Aston Charles Ltd. As a key member of our Independent & Private Schools Division, you will be responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of accounts, including some of the most prestigious private and independent schools in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Bursars and other key decision-makers
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Work closely with Business Development Executives to develop new business and explore opportunities for growth
- Design and implement robust insurance programs that mitigate risks at a competitive premium
- Collaborate with Underwriters from a select panel of insurers to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in a commercial insurance environment
- Strong understanding of commercial covers, including Property and Liability/Commercial Combined insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Well-organized with excellent task-management skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
