**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including campaign execution, process optimization, and resource management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 7 direct reports, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Create and deliver exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.
  • Manage all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, websites, PR, events, and traditional media, with attribution and metrics across each.
  • Utilize data and analytics, customer feedback, and insight to measure and report on campaign performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Implement robust measurement and reporting systems to track marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work seamlessly with our sales teams to develop high ROI lead generation, acquisition, and retention campaigns.
  • Ensure clear measurability and tracing of lead conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage all messaging and narratives for the B2B aspects of our business.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and brand across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee operational aspects of our corporate central marketing function, delivering best practice with a robust approach to test and learn and streamlined processes.
  • Manage PR and Comms, ensuring positive public relations, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage our in-house creative studio, ensuring effectively managed and prioritized, high-quality production of marketing assets.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role.
  • Experience in the events industry would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong track record of devising and delivering strategies for multi-channel marketing campaigns with excellent digital experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
