The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be a key member of our Sales Team, driving growth and success through your sales acumen and market knowledge.

  • You'll work closely with our Sales Development Representatives to research, identify, and engage new prospects, using your savvy to nurture interest and manage qualified opportunities to a successful sale.
  • You'll need to demonstrate suitable experience in hunting and developing new leads, questioning and solution-selling, building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, and negotiating with customers.
  • You'll be comfortable talking price and relating perceived 'cost' to our value proposition, and you'll be able to close deals with minimum 'friction'.
  • You'll also be an excellent storyteller, capable of composing engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • And, you'll be able to prioritize key tasks, manage multiple conversations, and never let an opportunity slip.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS.
  • A consistent record of hitting targets and generating new sales revenue.
  • Strong team player who will work closely with colleagues.
  • Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations.
  • ABC - Always Be Curious - you're always asking the right questions of prospects, colleagues, and yourself.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, confident, and comfortable talking to stakeholders of all levels on the phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, and the Digital world.
