About the Role

AWE Plc Careers is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our Trials, Experiments & Technology Development group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of technical training and assisting the subject matter expert and Training Manager with training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing new channels of learning and resources to improve time to competency targets and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our staff.
  • Provide oversight and support of the delivery of training to ensure it meets time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Line manage Early Careers apprentices and oversee the company's professional competency-based governance system.
  • Contribute to the development of a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work arrangements.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £35,950-£43,000, depending on your suitability and level of experience.
