Role Overview:
As a Production Engineering Specialist, you will operate in a highly regulated setting, focusing on identifying, developing, and implementing innovative methodologies aligned with new product introductions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting production operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimizing productivity while ensuring safety and cost reduction.

This position is primarily office-based.

Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with our design teams, technical experts, and research centers, we seek candidates who can demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with engineering design and supply chain.
  • Support for prototype build activities and evaluative verification processes.
  • Knowledge of process control and problem-solving tools (e.g., PFMEAs, control plans, RCA, A3, 5 whys).
  • Capability to identify and implement innovative working methods suitable for new product introductions.
  • Experience in product development and enhancing manufacturing capabilities and processes.
  • Application of Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Tools.
  • Experience in defining or updating assembly or inspection processes is highly desirable.
  • Design to Manufacture (D2M) experience, including requirements capture and participation in design reviews.
  • Ability to deliver results and foster innovative change.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills to cultivate effective working relationships.
