Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of an intermediate or level 3 food hygiene certificate from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols, including COSHH regulations and food safety practices.
- Demonstrated experience in culinary leadership and team management.
- Understanding of dietary needs for elderly individuals and the implications of food choices on medication.
- Proficient in the safe operation of kitchen tools and equipment.
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
