Global Product Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analytics Manager to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team at the Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional analytics products and insights to internal customers.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Product Delivery: Deliver high-quality BI&A products like Tableau dashboards and advanced analysis.
- Create Advanced Analyses: Create advanced analyses and projects to drive the evolution of the core MDP evaluation, compensation, and equity model.
- Provide Detailed Analysis: Provide detailed and actionable analysis to support decision-making.
- Support Business Strategy: Support the implementation of PSG's BI&A strategy and roadmap.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst or similar role with a good understanding of Agile principles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, with a major in analytics, technology, or a related field encouraged.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL is required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake, and Alteryx or equivalent tool is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills. Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in virtual teams and independently.
You will work with a dynamic group of cross-functional global agile team-members representing Finance, Operations, IT, and Change Management at all levels of their career. You will also support BCG users across the organization.
