About the Role
University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehabilitation and Trauma Unit (ARTU). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our innovative unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with complex needs, including those with traumatic injuries and acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse on the NMC Register.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in acute hospital settings, preferably in neurosurgical and/or trauma & orthopaedic specialties.
