We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to enhance our dedicated and dynamic team at our advanced body shop.

Role Overview:

Accountable for verifying that all body repairs and paint applications adhere to established quality standards within our Bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of all vehicles in accordance with the assigned job card.
  • Identify quality discrepancies and collaborate with the workshop controller to ensure timely rework.
  • Complete all quality control documentation accurately, adhering to AAR standards.
  • Achieve bodyshop targets, such as processing 10 vehicles daily.
  • Comply with all BS10125 regulations.
  • Coordinate with the reception team to ensure timely return of vehicles to customers.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of Health & Safety protocols and exemplify best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in the automotive repair sector, with knowledge of vehicle legislation and industry practices.
  • Understanding of the repair workflow.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence to address issues constructively and communicate the repair process clearly.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and inspire high performance in others.
