We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our dedicated and dynamic team at our advanced body shop.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional repair standards for our clientele, and in return, you will benefit from competitive remuneration, performance bonuses, opportunities for career advancement, and comprehensive benefits.
Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all vehicle repairs and paint applications adhere to established quality protocols within our Bodyshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of all vehicles in accordance with the specified job card.
- Identify quality concerns and collaborate with the workshop controller to facilitate timely rework.
- Complete all quality control documentation accurately, adhering to AAR standards.
- Achieve bodyshop performance targets, such as processing 10 vehicles daily.
- Comply with all BS10125 regulations.
- Coordinate with the reception team to ensure vehicles are returned to clients within agreed service level agreements.
- Maintain a strong awareness of Health & Safety protocols and exemplify best practices.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the automotive repair sector, with a solid understanding of vehicle legislation and industry practices.
- Familiarity with the repair workflow.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in addressing issues constructively and explaining the repair process clearly.
- Ability to perform under pressure and inspire high performance in others.
