We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to become an integral part of our dynamic and efficient team at our advanced body shop.

Role Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all body repairs and paint applications adhere to established quality standards within our Bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of all vehicles according to the specified job card.
  • Identify quality concerns and collaborate with the workshop controller to ensure timely rework.
  • Complete all quality control documentation accurately, in compliance with AAR standards.
  • Achieve bodyshop targets, such as processing 10 vehicles daily.
  • Comply with all BS10125 regulations.
  • Coordinate with the reception team to ensure vehicles are returned to customers within agreed service level agreements.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of Health & Safety protocols and lead by example.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the automotive repair sector, including knowledge of vehicle legislation and industry practices.
  • Familiarity with the repair process.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence in addressing issues constructively and explaining the repair process clearly.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and inspire high performance in others.
