About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Expert to join our team at L'Oréal. As a Fragrance Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our luxury fragrances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master Category Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all fragrance products, including their features, benefits, and selling points.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and market developments.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on fragrance selection and pairing.
  • Execute Business & Operations
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Drive Selling Process/Techniques
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
    • Provide personalized product recommendations and demonstrations to enhance the customer experience.
    • Utilize effective communication and presentation skills to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Foster Service Attitude
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
