This position involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance and meticulous diary management for the Senior Investment Partner and their Manager, serving as the primary point of contact within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintaining office systems and supervising daily office operations.
  • Coordinating social gatherings and marketing initiatives.
  • Processing expense claims and ensuring the accuracy of training records.
