Personal Assistant to the European Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our European Executive, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative assistance. This position encompasses a variety of tasks designed to optimize the Executive's schedule and enhance productivity.

This flexible position allows for a hybrid work arrangement, enabling you to work from our European headquarters for part of the week.

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive to organize and facilitate their daily activities
  • Oversee intricate calendar management and resource coordination
  • Arrange travel and lodging for the Executive and team members
  • Draft documents and prioritize essential legal materials
  • Engage with key partners and support business communications
  • Assist the European Leadership Team in organizing meetings and tracking action items
  • Document meeting minutes and manage expense reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Executive
  • Communicate proficiently within a global corporate framework

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Resourceful and capable of making sound decisions
  • Proactive mindset with strong prioritization skills
