We are in search of an Event Services Manager to ensure flawless execution within our production division. This position entails overseeing event production teams, streamlining logistics, and nurturing robust supplier partnerships to guarantee the execution of top-tier events. Your proficiency will be essential in promoting efficiency and excellence in event management.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support event production teams to facilitate seamless coordination and operational success.
  • Operational Optimization: Effectively manage logistics, supplier relations, and resources to adhere to project timelines.

Candidate Profile:
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing event production.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Expertise in logistics, budgeting, and supplier management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools.
