Job Title: Business AdministratorWe are seeking a highly organized and skilled Business Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective residents and team members, you will be the ambassador for our care home, showcasing our facilities and services to the local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the enquiry database and oversee all administration systems, including residents' agreements, team members' contracts, E Learning, payroll, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and internal management structure to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Attend training sessions on Fire, Handling & moving, and Health & Safety to ensure compliance and best practices.
- A competitive salary of £32,000.00 per annum.
- Contracted to 40 hours per week.
- Pension scheme.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.
- Onsite parking.
- DBS clearance.
