Business Administrator for Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth delivery of client-centric services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to our Independent Financial Advisers, including data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with the planning and organisation of client meetings, events, and other activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, financial data, and administrative documents.
- Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Proven experience in administration and customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
