Role Overview:
We are seeking three Programme Quality Engineers to join our Quality team, driven by our ongoing growth and increasing workload. As a member of the Programme Quality Team, you will report directly to the Programme Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding quality matters and assist the Program Manager in these areas.
- Ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and met, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Aid in the development of Quality Assurance Plans and related procedures, securing customer acceptance and maintaining these plans.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to define the Program Management Plan (PMP) and support its effective implementation.
- Monitor non-conformities and relevant action plans, communicating quality events to customers and working to minimize them.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Procurement team to validate supplier choices and ensure they receive the necessary data to succeed, while also validating quality assurance plans and processes for each supplier.

Support Structure:
Our in-house design studio collaborates with airline customers and partners to create innovative experiences in the sky. Our dedicated engineering, production, and in-service support facilities are crucial in delivering high-quality products throughout the programme lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
- Proficient in D/PFMEA and Control Plans, with a comprehensive understanding of their execution.
- Experience in Risk Analysis and Programme Management Gate Processes.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting Quality Assurance activities across various programmes.
- Strong problem-solving skills (8D, Six-Sigma, etc.).
- Effective communicator capable of building trusted relationships across departments and with customers.
- Proven track record in supporting teams/projects to achieve milestones.
