Role Overview

The primary objective of the Quality Technician role is to ensure product quality throughout the entire lifecycle at Safran Seats GB. This position involves supporting quality assurance processes during manufacturing and maintaining compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard customers from quality issues by ensuring adherence to regulations and Safran standards.
- Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback.
- Execute standard inspection processes consistently, in line with customer specifications.
- Utilize measuring tools such as Verniers, micrometers, and FARO arms for inspection tasks.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve manufacturing quality challenges using problem-solving techniques.

Qualifications:
- Apprenticeship level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and measuring equipment.
