Our client is seeking a driven M&E Project Coordinator to become part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to executing unique engineering projects.


Client and Project Oversight:
Establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for project delivery.
Conduct inspections and evaluations to ensure adherence to M & E standards, safety regulations, and compliance codes.
Draft contracts and negotiate amendments with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Management and Implementation:
Lead and oversee personnel, ensuring compliance with construction methodologies and project specifications.
Select, contract, and manage personnel for designated project tasks.
Develop and enforce quality assurance programs.

Project Strategy and Coordination:
Organize, plan, and direct activities related to the construction and upkeep of structures, facilities, and systems.

Project Completion:
Compile final project documentation, update 'as-built' drawings, and contribute to health and safety as well as operation and maintenance records.

Essential qualifications include HNC / HND or a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
Experience in M&E within Construction, Building, or Rail projects is required.
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
