Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering electrical projects up to £3m in value, working closely with main contractors and end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • HNC or HND in Building Services or equivalent experience.
  • Time-served electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Strong time management, people, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
