Care Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our client's team in Dover. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small cluster of Supported Living services, allocated in accordance with your strengths and experiences to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the care and support for an average of 6 - 12 supported individuals, each with complex needs and requiring an average of approx. 1,000 hours of care per week.
- Oversee a small cluster of Supported Living services, allocated in accordance with your strengths and experiences to date.
- Work closely with your designated Operations Manager and other Registered Managers within your direct team to achieve outstanding care quality standards.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each service user.
- Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
