Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to Voyage Care's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.94.
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
  • Wagestream, allowing you to access up to 40% of your pay as it is earned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
