Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting customer independence and wellbeing, supporting customers with personal care, and providing emotional support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to customers, including washing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and cooking
- Support customers with mobility and transfer needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to customers
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Competitive hourly rates, starting from £13.00ph
- 30p mileage allowance and £11.44ph travel time
- £5 per month phone allowance
- Guaranteed hours contract available
- Enhanced rates on Bank holidays
