Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Universal Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

  • Strong understanding of the market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
