Job Summary

We are seeking two highly skilled Property Administrators/Real Estate Coordinators to join our team. As a Property Administrator/Real Estate Coordinator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining open communication with landlords and tenants, organizing and conducting property inspections, and performing other administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Troubleshoot issues, maintain open communication with landlords and tenants, and ensure that properties are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • PA or Similar Experience: Previous experience in a PA or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with the team is essential.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner is essential.
  • Computer Skills: Reasonable computer skills, including use of Excel, iPhone, and other apps, are required.
  • Driving and Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for regular property visits.
