Senior Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Manager to join our team at GS2 | B Corp™. As a key member of our sustainability function, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our company's sustainability strategy, particularly around Scope 3 decarbonisation, transition planning, and target setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement climate change and decarbonisation strategies, particularly around Scope 3, and ideally with experience of setting science-based targets.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the group function and act as a partner for sustainability across our operating companies.
- Empower, influence, engage with, and work alongside entrepreneurial leadership teams and operational teams of our operating companies.
- Be a first point of contact for sustainability queries and provide expert advice and guidance.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing climate change and decarbonisation strategies, particularly around Scope 3.
- Multiple years' experience in corporate sustainability functions within or consulting to manufacturing environments, ideally with exposure to large decentralised organisations or small-medium sized businesses.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence across group functions, including executive management teams.
