Halma plc, a FTSE 100 organisation, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sustainability Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing key projects related to the Group's sustainability strategy, particularly around Scope 3 decarbonisation, transition planning and target setting.

About the Role

This newly created position will empower, influence, engage with and work alongside the entrepreneurial leadership teams and operational teams of the operating companies, as well as being a first point of contact for sustainability queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key projects related to the Group's sustainability strategy, particularly around Scope 3 decarbonisation, transition planning and target setting.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the group function and act as partner for sustainability across the operating companies.
  • Empower, influence, engage with and work alongside the entrepreneurial leadership teams and operational teams of the operating companies.
  • Be a first point of contact for sustainability queries.
Requirements

The successful Senior Sustainability Manager will have multiple years' experience in corporate sustainability functions within or consulting to manufacturing environments, ideally with exposure to large decentralised organisations or small-medium sized businesses.
