About the Role

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing key projects related to our sustainability strategy, particularly around Scope 3 decarbonisation, transition planning, and target setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within the group function to develop and implement sustainability strategies.
  • Act as a partner for sustainability across our operating companies, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with our sustainability goals.
  • Possess a proven track record of success in developing and implementing climate change and decarbonisation strategies, particularly around Scope 3, and ideally with experience of setting science-based targets.
  • Have multiple years' experience in corporate sustainability functions within or consulting to manufacturing environments, ideally with exposure to large decentralised organisations or small-medium sized businesses.
  • Be an exceptional communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence across group functions, including executive management teams.
  • Be able to empower, influence, engage with, and work alongside the entrepreneurial leadership teams and operational teams of our operating companies, as well as being a first point of contact for sustainability queries.
