In this role, reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Leader, you will be tasked with executing functional and systems evaluations on commercial electronic devices.

Your collaboration with project teams will be crucial as you undertake system assessments and engineering responsibilities to ensure project goals are met.


Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
• Conduct testing of electrical and electronic components and systems following established protocols to meet MOD and commercial standards.
• Track actual costs and schedule performance against established benchmarks.
• Achieve productivity goals while upholding quality standards across all activities within the Testing and Sensor department.
• Lead and participate in regular project-specific meetings to keep all stakeholders updated on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

• HNC in Electrical and Electronic Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret manufacturing documentation and perform related self-assessment tasks.
• Familiarity with internal and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
• Understanding of 5S continuous improvement methodologies and 7W waste reduction techniques.
