We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to become a vital part of our organization at Kenton Black.

In this role, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing that our manufacturing processes adhere to the utmost standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold quality benchmarks and methodologies for various operational streams.
  • Develop an organizational framework, resource allocation plans, and a culture centered around quality.
  • Oversee annual quality financial plans.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess business challenges, mitigate potential risks, and pinpoint avenues for growth.
  • Encourage cultural transformations to boost organizational performance.
Collaboration and Strategy:
Work closely with essential stakeholders to ensure alignment with the quality strategy.
  • Track and report on critical performance metrics.
Quality Management System (QMS):
  • Conduct internal quality assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to global quality standards.
  • Coordinate evaluations with insurance entities.
Customer and Regulatory Adherence:
  • Examine business, project, and production workflows.
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Team Leadership:
Lead and guide a team of quality engineers.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to foster high performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant commercial or engineering field (or equivalent NVQ Level 7 qualification).
  • Advanced certifications in quality management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience in a comparable manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading quality teams.
  • Experience in strategic quality leadership.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
