Job Title: Food Hall Supervisor

Sodexo Live is seeking an exceptional Food Hall Supervisor to lead the operations of our prestigious food concession hall at the Fulham Pier.

As a Food Hall Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that matchday and regular catering operations provide an unparalleled customer experience.

You will support the Market Hall Manager in maintaining operational excellence and contract delivery, while simultaneously building and maintaining relationships with a range of external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction is met.

You will assist in bringing fresh food concepts to life and ensure that crucial KPIs are met.

The Fulham Pier will become the heart of the community and the standard bearer for indulgent experiences, which will attract both Londoners and tourists from all over the world.

We are exceptional hosts and independent champions, curating authentic brands that are dreamed up and run with passion.

We have a remarkable selection of food and drink experiences, ranging from pop-up bars and pop-up local cuisine to elegant fine dining experiences.

We offer local theatre, outdoor gigs, jazz clubs, an art gallery, cooking classes, a comedy club, book launches, film nights, and water sports, to name but a few. In addition to this, we offer educational activities and crèche and soft play facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring food and beverage units are set up according to the SOP, and provide operational assistance as needed.
  • Liaise with traders and resolve operational concerns, ensure stock levels are suitable, and assist with effective shift management.
  • Work with contractors, including cleaning and maintenance, to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Comply with Sodexo's Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and processes.
  • Assist in ensuring that direct reports and on-site staff adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Support in managing the day-to-day and matchday operational challenges, such as handling stock, staff scheduling, and customer service during high-traffic periods.
  • Help address any immediate operational concerns, such as equipment failure, staff shortages, or unexpected demand, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in contract catering or retail in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.

What We Offer:

You will be rewarded with a salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 plus access to a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, employer pension contribution, and life assurance – 1 x annual salary.
