Market Hall Operations Manager

Sodexo Live is seeking an exceptional Market Hall Supervisor to lead the operations of our prestigious food concession hall at the Fulham Pier.
As a key member of our team, you will assist in ensuring that matchday and regular catering operations provide an unparalleled customer experience.
You will support the Market Hall Manager in maintaining operational excellence and contract delivery, while building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising food concession units or cluster food establishment management, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include managing and motivating a large team, delivering staff training plans, and ensuring food and beverage units are set up according to SOP.
You will also be responsible for liaising with traders, resolving operational concerns, and working with contractors to maintain operational efficiency.
Compliance with Sodexo's Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and processes is essential.
The successful candidate will have a positive, hands-on attitude with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
They will also have a solid background in working with key stakeholders internally and externally to achieve targets.
What We Offer
You will be rewarded with a salary of between £30,000 and £40,000, plus access to a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, employer pension contribution, and life assurance.
