Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Manager (OEM)

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team at HSB Technical Ltd. As a specialist recruiter within the Power & Propulsion, Shipbuilding, Shipping & Energy and Aerospace sectors, we have a number of permanent and contract vacancies for multiple businesses across the UK and overseas.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Aftermarket Sales team for UK, West Europe and Africa. This role will involve:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven sales experience in the marine mechanical or automation & control systems sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
