Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Access and Participation team, driving strategic initiatives to enhance student inclusion and access to higher education.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in widening participation, social inclusion, and inclusive education, with experience in evidence-led project evaluation and budget management.

As a key member of our Student Inclusion and Access leadership team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement our Access and Participation Plan, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and sector expectations.

You will be responsible for managing our Widening Participation Evidence and Evaluation Team, designing and developing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting frameworks to drive continuous improvement in strategy and implementation.

This is a full-time position available from 2 December 2024, with the potential for part-time working at a minimum of 0.8 FTE. We offer a range of flexible working options, including annualised hours, compressed working hours, and hybrid working.
