We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee IPAF Instructor. As part of our wider training team, you will participate in an intensive trainee instructor programme to develop the skills needed to deliver training courses to internal and external delegates across multiple sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about training and development, and who is eager to build a career in the powered access industry. You will be supported throughout the training period by our highly qualified senior instructor team, and once certified, you will be qualified to deliver a variety of courses to our customers and employees throughout our network.

Key responsibilities will include regular travel to depots in the region to deliver IPAF and PASMA training courses, ensuring all courses are carried out to the standard required by external training bodies, and driving compliance of paperwork as required.

As a Trainee IPAF Instructor, you will be an ambassador for quality health and safety, and will be responsible for providing training to the required standards of the business and external bodies.

Qualification and experience requirements include an IPAF Operator Licence, a Driving Licence, and excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about training and development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
