Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Food and Farming team in East Anglia. As the Head of Food and Farming, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and technical farm consultancy and management advice to a wide range of farm businesses across the region.

You will lead the Cambridge and Norwich Food and Farming departments, working closely with the respective Heads of Office and the Head of Region. Your focus will be on identifying potential new business areas and service lines, driving cross-selling and communication within the office and across the wider business, and growing the profile of the Cambridge and Norwich Food and Farming teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Food and Farming team in East Anglia, providing strategic and technical advice to farm businesses.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop the skills and performance of team members.
