Job Title: Chef de Rang

At AccorHotel, we are seeking a skilled and charismatic Chef de Rang to join our team. As a key member of our Michelin-starred restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to guests at all times, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Menu Presentation: Present guests with the restaurant menu, advising on availability, daily specials, and promotions.
  • Food and Beverage Delivery: Effectively deliver food and drinks from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Collect, clean, and maintain equipment for all aspects of mise en place and service.
  • Guest Engagement: Ensure constant coverage on the floor and engage with guests to create a memorable experience.
  • Training and Development: Attend briefings and trainings to enhance your performance and knowledge.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the restaurant's menus and offerings.
  • Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and setup of the restaurant.
  • Problem Resolution: Report any issues or concerns to your manager and inform guests of any problems.
