Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Jewellery Specialist to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest standards of merchandising and showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clienteling: Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Client Inquiries: Effectively manage client inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Handling: Handle transactions of varying value with equal enthusiasm and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Merchandising and Showroom Standards: Maintain exemplary merchandising and showroom standards, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging customer environment.

  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and proactivity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of fine diamonds, gems, and luxury jewellery, with a strong understanding of high-value items.
  • Retail and Sales Experience: Bring a proven track record of retail and sales experience, with exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Professional Presentation: Present yourself in a professional and well-groomed manner, with excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate keen attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Flexibility and Reliability: Show flexibility and reliability, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

FGA, DGA, Graduate Gemmologist (GIA), Graduate of Diamonds (GIA), Accredited Jewellery Professional or similar qualifications are preferred.
