Role Overview:
As a Support Care Specialist at AD WARRIOR, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with intricate care requirements. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional, individualized support that promotes independence and enriches the quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality, individualized support to clients with complex needs, including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.
2. Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
3. Develop and implement tailored care plans and support strategies.
4. Encourage client participation in community activities to foster independence.
5. Maintain precise records and documentation of care provided.
6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
7. Utilize positive behavior support techniques to assist clients in managing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex care settings.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of individualized care and co-production principles.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
